The Service Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for the technical support and delivery of high-quality end user services for our client.
Required Experience
- Proficient in IT support functions with knowledge of Service Desk systems and IT tools
- Experience in resolving PC system, peripherals, and desktop application problems, as well as deploying software installation packages using scripts and packaging tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating effective stakeholder management and customer service in an IT environment
- Demonstrated experience in similar Information Technology Support roles (L1/ L2)
