Our client is looking for a Senior Network Analyst to join its IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security and performance of the organisation's network infrastructure.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Senior Network Engineer
- Demonstrated understanding of networking technologies, including switching and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, TCP, IP, VLAN's, ARP, Spanning Tree), switch stacking, DNS, DHCP & firewalls
- Experience with Aruba
- Experience with Palo Alto is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and support enterprise-grade wired, wireless, firewalls, using a service management framework such as ITIL to provide capacity, availability, problem, and incident management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly diverse team along with the ability to be self-motivated and work in an unsupervised environment as an independent, self-managed multi-skilled IT Network professional.
- Demonstrated ITIL experience with a Service Delivery mindset, continuously looking to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across ICT products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
