Our Client:
- We are in partnership with a Australian banking client on an exciting opportunity to join their IT engineering community as a Senior Java + Node Developer.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing software solutions across multiple platforms
- Producing high quality code with excellent test coverage
- Code reviews and Efficient and effective code maintenance
- Analysing product requirements and breaking down into user stories and tasks
- Estimating and planning to assist with the development of the product roadmap
Skills and experience
- Extensive expertise in Backend development in Java
- Strong expertise in Node development experience
- Backend expertise in Node development
- Must have experience developing and deploying API/Microservices using common development frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Strong Cloud expertise in AWS/GCP or Azure
- Must have experience working with container technologies such as Docker and associated orchestration engines like Kubernetes
