Our client is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join its procurement team.
The role provides assistance and support in the contract management for service providers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Participate in meetings and forums with service providers and industry representatives, to develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with them
- Support the implementation and administration of the integrated governance framework used to manage the service contracts
- Prepare analysis, accurate and timely advice, information and reports on any performance management, contractual matter, obligation and/or dispute, highlighting any trends, forecasts or risks that require management intervention and/or action and recommend strategic solutions
- Develop and maintain records and update contracts and contract documentation as required to ensure compliance contractual requirements
- Support the provision and promotion of a structure for the continuous improvement of the performance of services by service providers by identifying areas of non-compliance, default or sub-optimal performance, including drafting recommendations for corrective actions to be taken
- identifying opportunities for improvement in transparency, performance, better customer outcomes and value for money.
- Develop and draft advice, responses and appropriate correspondence to service providers / suppliers
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 4- 5 years as a contract administrator
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Project Application
