Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.
- Proven experience in leading requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
