Large government organisation based in Redfern are looking for Salesforce Support role who would be developing new and supporting existing functionality that adds and enhances the departments Salesforce implementations.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and ensure the effective implementation of system changes, including conduct tests, assist with debugging, and support implementation processes through the delivery and ongoing review of user and system documentation.
  • Provide level two (L2) support for the Salesforce platform including configuration, testing ,implementing enhancements and deployments.
  • Conduct system health checks, org refresh activities , release updates and quality assurance on outcomes. Should provide inputs for upcoming salesforce release changes that might impact the production instance.
  • Identify and establish working relationships with business analysts identifying business processes requiring advice and services, including establishing effective feedback on system performance and usability.

Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience of working with large and complex technical infrastructures
  • Experience in being responsible for the maintenance of large, complex Salesforce systems for 3 years
  • Expert knowledge in configuring and maintaining Salesforce implementations
  • Deployment using CI/CD process using Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or similar
  • Strong release experience
  • Check in, check out master branch
  • Fix issues in the pipeline related to deployment
  • Follow best practices such as peer review by raising pull request
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications for administration and development
