Our client, a large global consulting company is seeking to engage an IT PMO officer with proven experience.
You will be joining an existing team and will be based out of the Rhodes office location.
The ideal candidate will have prior demonstrated client facing experience within the Australian market sector.
This is a key role within the project, you must be a clear and precise communicator in English with outstanding documentation skills as you will be liaising with business stakeholders of all levels.
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen as my client does not sponsor visas.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 + years total IT PMO experience
- Proven track record in planning, executing, controlling and closing IT projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing the complete project life cycle with teams of 2 to 10 people
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and Program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
- Efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
- Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning
- Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
- Experience of Program and project level financial management
