Our client is seeking a highly passionate Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for managing, designing, building, deploying and maintaining the day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administration, implementation and monitoring of day-to-day IT operations across cloud infrastructure systems and projects
- Design, implement and deploy infrastructure solutions
- Follow change management processes, and implementations, as required
- Identify and address technical issues by defined processes
- Ensure the integrity and security of the infrastructure environment
- Maintain infrastructure documentation
Key experience:
- Experience in an IT Infrastructure engineer role or similar
- Experience in design and implementation experience with Cloud platforms and infrastructure transformation
- Experience with the VMWare product set, Automation and Orchestration
- Experience with leading Microsoft back-office product sets - Windows Server, Exchange (On-Prem & Online), Teams, Office 365 product suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service delivery and interpersonal skills
