We are looking to hire an experienced IDAM Architect and Technical Lead for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilties
- Experience in building identity specific strategic plan including identification of requirements and decomposition into specific use-case;
- Demonstrable experience in development of identity specific functional, non-functional and technical specifications;
- Ability to produce high quality business and technical focused documentation;
- Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in handling IAM support & Operations team
