We are working in partnership Australian Government affiliated organisation on an exciting opportunity join their team as an experienced Engineering Lead - Data. Currently working in the financial services domain on an investment portfolio project.
About the Role
You would be involved in:
- Technical thought leadership and expertise to the development teams
- Design advanced web analytics and data engineering solutions
- Engage with a range of stakeholders including business and technical personnel
- Lead code review and release process for standardised libraries, templates and frameworks
Skills required:
- Strong expertise across Technical Leadership and strategic decision making
- Expertise in investment or wealth management portfolios with data analytics
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
- Experience with Backend applications with Python and data analytics, and SQL
- Experience with Web UI development frameworks such as React is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated strong experience with modern cloud technologies, preferably in AWS.
