In this role, you would be integral to bridging the gap between our technical and business teams. You will be responsible for analyzing data, understanding complex back-end systems, and writing comprehensive requirements. Your expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity knowledge will be essential in driving our projects to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- System Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of complex back-end systems and their interactions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- CIAM/Identity Knowledge: Leverage your knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity solutions to inform project requirements and designs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and technical requirement specifications (TRS).
- Demonstrated experience working as a Technical Business Analyst specifically on Digital Identity or Customer Identity projects
- Familiarity with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and identity management principles.
- Experience with additional technical tools (OKTA, Swagger API & Mongo DB) and
- Previous experience working within Financial Services specifically Insurance
