Overview and Responsibilities
This is a high-profile piece of work of about $300 mil program. CCM is critical to the success of the program delivery
- The CCM will help the program navigate and configure change obligations that involve significant risk because of the number of changes expected across the cluster - strong risk and safety is focus
- There are 4 program releases:
- Construction of new building
- Improve & manage incidents
- Adoption of new operating model; changes to org structure
- Design of Proof of Concept timetabling system
- The CCM will help each of these releases; need to demonstrate to the cluster that each release is 'safe' and accounted for.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in asset change management discipline ideally from Transport, Sydney Metro projects, Sydney Trains work, Light Rail, Oil, Gas, Mining, Defence background
- Safety & Asset integrity compliance experience is very important
- Exposure to CCB - Configuration Control Board
- Understanding of the ASA - Asset Standards Authority
- Engineering degree is nice to have.
