Excellent opportunity for a junior Business Analyst to join one of the Big 4 Banks to work on a priority project in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The following are the key skills and experience required for the role:
- Banking/financial Services background
- Structured thinking and analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing senior stakeholders demands
- Ability to analyse information, understand the business and technology environment and from this provide advice, insight and adopt a course of action
- Excellent Communication skills - must be experienced in communicating at all levels, especially senior management
- Experienced working in a high performing team must be able to 'keep up'
- Go-getter/hit the ground running
- Will be required to work on multiple projects/streams (not just one large project)
