One of Australia's largest supplier of medical and healthcare providers is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in E-commerce and Retail.
You will be responsible for planning and executing business analysis activities for strategic IT projects within the designated business portfolio. The role primarily involves working with:
- Scoping of proposals for assessment in portfolio management framework
- Internal business stakeholders to elicit requirements for approved projects
- External vendors to ensure requirements are understood/agreed to
Your main focus is to assist the business in achieving its goals while aligning to overarching roadmap. This is achieved through superior communication and collaboration skills which you to elicit and document business and system requirements efficiently and accurately.
Experience:
- Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, including the application of techniques such as; User Stories, Use cases, Data modelling, Process flow analysis, Decision Analysis, Business Rules Analysis, Non-Functional Requirements analysis
- Experience with web customer facing solutions (Ecommerce, Engagement)
- Structured business systems analysis and design,
- Visio, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, wire framing tools
- Experience and understanding of what technical solutions are available and dealing with software vendors

Desirable:

- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry highly regarded, as is experience in Logistics or Route Optimisation
