Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including ministerial and departmental staff, as well as external consultants.
- Identify and record the benefits of the program and project.
- Develop the Program and Project Benefits Realisation Plan, ensuring alignment with the program's and department's strategies.
- Develop clear and compelling key messages at both the program and project levels to effectively communicate the purpose, benefits, and impacts.
Skills and experience
- Experience in documenting benefits, ideally within a government role focused on digital transformation or technology projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex ideas.
- Proficient in utilizing communication tools and software, such as the Microsoft Office Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once.
