Our Client:
We are currently working with one of Sydney's largest education providers who currently seeking a Software Support Administrator to join a support team performing the Administration, configuration and support of the organisations contract management software which includes Safety, Risk Management and Onboarding. This initial engagement will be for 12 months with the view to extend.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Providing Technical support across the software user base
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical system issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of the software
- Administration of User Access Management
- Identify any problems in the system, anticipate potential issues and repair systems and software when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and change
- Assists in the provision of customer service, including technical advice and guidance on matters bearing on the successful use of products and services.
- Working collaboratively with various IT Teams across the organisation
- Monitor risk within the team, promote workplace health and safety, ensure alignment with organisations policies, and proactively address potential challenges
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Experience in support or Administration of a contract management system (BEAKON or a system alternative)
- Strong time management with the Ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication and teamwork skill.
- Previous experience working within a large and complex environment
