Our client an Australian listed ASX Company based in Sydney CBD, one of the pillars of Australia's Financial Services Industry, is looking for an experienced Agile Implementation Lead to champion the introduction and use of Agile Principles and methodologies across the organisation.
You will be partnering with Agile Coaches and Delivery Teams, you will support and upskill teams to achieve greater use of Agile principles and practices. You will ensure that Agility principles are embedded within the business and that best practice in Agile is achieved.
This will be a hands-on role for someone who can train, mentor and develop others and lead by example as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Release Train Engineer. You should be fully versed in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS and other key principles involved in Agile project delivery.
Ideally, you will have a Scrum Certification and/or be a Certified Scrum Product Owner. You should also have at least 5 plus years of experience in a core Agile role within a large, complex, enterprise organisation in Australia. You should have set up Agile ALM tools and processes and have managed diverse stakeholders and leadership groups.
