Our client a leader in its field, is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong Agile experience. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders you will be responsible for planning the transition to an Agile operating model.
This role is best suited to a self-motivated, driven individual with demonstrated track record in managing medium to large complex project/s in a challenging and demanding environment
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in IT or relevant discipline
- At least six years' experience as a Project Manager working on application projects
- 4-6 years of experience with one or more Agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Previous experience in conducting an assessment of Agile maturity
- Defining an Agile transition roadmap in conjunction with a continuous improvement framework
- Experience with Agile practices such as TDD, Continous Integration
- PMI certification
- Certified in one or more of the following Agile certification CSM, CSP
- Excellent Communication Skills
