Our client, a reputable and global consultancy requires a 3rd Level Support Engineer to join their team on site one of their largest clients.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience supporting MDM or wireless mobile devices critical - Avalanche, AirWatch, Android
- Previous experience supporting Zebra or other rugged mobile devices preferable - MC40, TC51, QLN220, etc
- Strong wireless troubleshooting skills - network savvy preferable
- Wintel Support experience highly desirable - XP, Win7, Win10, Server 2003, Server 2012, Server 2016, VMware ESXi
- Understanding of basic retail or FMCG IT business requirements
- Understanding of wireless communication protocols - TCP/IP.
