Our federal government client is seeking to engage a Windows Engineer to join a critical program of work.
As a SOE Developer
- Undertaking the following tasks to a high standard:
- Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange
- Assist with the upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange
- Support system monitoring requirements and thresholds as well as corrective actions
- Support MS systems as required (CRM, SCCM, SCOM, AD)
- Maintenance and support of Wintel environment
- Maintain Symantec security systems and train other team members in the use and maintenance of the systems
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships and team capability, share knowledge of own areas of expertise, and coach others to improve the client's platforms and infrastructure management capability
The successful candidate must have:
- 5+ years' experience maintaining and supporting of Windows Server environments
- Experience in supporting MS systems eg CRM, SCCM, SCOM, AD, MS Exchange
- Proven experience working effectively as a member of a team
