Title: Web Content Designer
Type: Contract
Location: Canberra
Responsibilities
An Ideal candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team with other content designers and writers, business analysts, delivery managers and user experience (UX) designers. The successful candidate will work embedded within the team to deliver content outcomes. You will be asked to work with stakeholders, subject matter experts and policy owners to co-write or edit content.
Skills and experience
1.Proven experience in translating complex information and rewriting it into plain English
2.Experience writing and designing content for the web based on a predefined content strategy
3.Experience in using a content management system (CMS) to populate content onto a website
4.An understanding of human-centred design
5.Knowledge of digital service standards (including accessibility, inclusion and readability)
