About the Role
Due to project expansion, multiple Unified Communication Engineers are required for initial 6-month contracts with possibility of further extension. You will be working as part of a team on a variety of voice solution projects.
Duties
- Experience in Unified Communication or VoIP field
- Expert knowledge of basic networking concepts such as: LAN/MAN/WAN/WLAN
- Provide level 3 support and adminstration for the Cisco Unified Communications environment
- Provide modifications for existing networks and propose design as needed
- Contribute to the design, support, and deployment of Networks
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience with network environments across one or more: LTE, Cisco, Firewalls, IP Telephony
- Solid understanding of voice networking architecture/designs
- Experience with Cisco enterprise voice platforms
- Experience working with or within ITIL would be great
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
