UX Designer Skills and experience:
● Plan for and lead ethnographic research to get new product insights
● Lead ideation sessions to progress the UX/UI of the product
● Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps,
user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes
● Create and implement innovative user experiences
● Alongside understanding the customer, understand business drivers, define UX metrics against
those drivers, measure and report on results, followed by championing UXD strategy and
enhancements based on data analysis
● Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
● Work closely with the Product Management team to improve UX and refine the product roadmap
● Work closely with Public Education and Awareness to create assets for marketing and social media
● Communicate the product's vision, based on testing and design principles, to team members,
external stakeholders and consumers
● Demonstrates attitudes and behaviours responsive to workplace change (including participates in
and encourages others to participate in change and contribute to successful outcomes)
● Establishes clear expectations and creates an environment to achieve stated goals and objectives,
takes ownership and honours commitments
