We are currently recruiting for a UX Designer to work for a company within the banking industry that has a dominant presence.
About the role
The successful candidate will be a great designer to join the new domain and help deliver the experiences. They will make joining the bank a quick, positive, and easy activity so customers can start banking immediately and bankers can focus on their needs, and the needs of their business.
Responsibilities
- Overall Experience Design for both short-term and long-term goals.
- Practical design for immediate delivery.
- Interaction Design (i.e. not just happy day screens, but also flows and mapping).
- Documentation of scenarios and UX flows.
- Testing of concepts and flows with bankers and customers
- Stakeholder review/testing of concepts.
- Presentations to executive leadership teams.
