Urgently seeking an UX Designer to join a government client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback, including ethnographic research and contextual inquiries;
- Performing and coordinating usability testing;
- Servicing Design services, including service blueprinting;
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards, including helping to set the direction of the client's user centred design framework;
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks;
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
The successful candidate must have experience in:
- User Centred Design/User Experience;
- Service Design;
- User Research;
- Experience in with the following:
- Ethnographic research;
- Interviews;
- Personas;
- User Stories;
- Journey Maps;
- Card Sorting;
- Prototyping;
- Wireframing;
- Workshops;
