Urgently seeking an UX Designer to join a government client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback, including ethnographic research and contextual inquiries;
  • Performing and coordinating usability testing;
  • Servicing Design services, including service blueprinting;
  • Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards, including helping to set the direction of the client's user centred design framework;
  • Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
  • Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks;
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.

The successful candidate must have experience in:

  • User Centred Design/User Experience;
  • Service Design;
  • User Research;
  • Experience in with the following:
    • Ethnographic research;
    • Interviews;
    • Personas;
    • User Stories;
    • Journey Maps;
    • Card Sorting;
    • Prototyping;
    • Wireframing;
    • Workshops;
