Our Client:

Our client has a large presence within the Public Sector, they are currently seeking a UEM Engineer to join their team for an initial 6-month contract

The primary responsibility of the Unified Endpoint Management Engineer is to develop and implement Windows 10 for deployment on the UEM/EMM platform line, following stated architectural requirements and associated solution architecture. Additional, responsibilities include assisting with the design and implementation of Virtual Desktop technologies that will support the POS system

This position will also be responsible for assisting with additional infrastructural initiatives that will support the program's goals

  • Provide technical expertise from design to project completion to ensure the delivery of the solution meets the technical, functional and quality specifications
  • Manage issues for the assigned technical project to resolution
  • Develop and execute processes around managing a Windows 10 SOE, both physical and virtual
  • Be accountable for the overall technical integrity and quality of the delivered solution
  • Perform lab and onsite integration and testing methodologies for project and task-based activities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met
  • Demonstrates sufficient consideration of customer needs and customer experience targets, as driven by business requirements.
