Our Client:

About the role

Our client is a leading infrastructure service provider. They are looking for a Transition Lead with expertise required to engage with internal BAU teams, both payroll and IT, to develop processes and workflows which will dictate the operational support model for the Vendor payroll system.

This is a 12-month FTC role.

You would be involved in:

  • Project transition activities
  • Documenting support activities, creating and managing business process flows
  • Providing support to Payroll/IT during Hypercare
  • Identifying gaps in vendor support processes
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Communicating with both internal stakeholders and vendor to drive desired outcomes

To be successful for the role, you would ideally have:

  • Previous experience clearly documenting and signed off by BAU and country specific stakeholders.
  • Previous experience supporting the team for other activities when required such as basic testing and project tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communications skills
  • Advanced MS office skills (MS Excel/Visio)
