Our client, one of Federal government Agency is seeking a Transformation lead for a significant technology program until 30 June 2021 with the possibility of 1 x 12 months extension option.
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced professional to provide organizational change lead capability to manage both internal and external change associated with a significant technology program
Skills & Experience required:
- Demonstrated experience of managing organizational change within large program delivery context to lead and delivering successful change outcomes associated with complex business transformation programs.
- experience in Digital transformation or website/portal projects
- Experience in applying 'better practice' approaches to all aspects of organizational change and organizational change management which are practical, and results focused.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and manage multiple deadlines under pressure
