My client, a well respected Australian Government organisation are looking to bring on a Training Materials Writer to help them in the wake of a merger and significant change in technology.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role supports the delivery of the Financial Business implementation activities including:-
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Management of Business and Project Resources
- Solution design blueprinting
- Cost object & transactional data cleansing & data migration preparation
- Key Master Data Structures & Elements, Interface Mapping Parameters, Table Reference Data and Document Formats
- User acceptance testing
- Security & access role assignment
- Change management, communications & training
- Implementation and cutover planning
- Business Continuity, Regression including Business rollback
- Hypcare.
Relevant Experience
- Proven skills and experience in technical writing and/or instructional design and the development of digital learning experiences and resources
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex material into user-friendly and engaging content.
- Demonstrated project management skills in the development of learning content and instruction, with a capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes and deliver outcomes
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Apply a proactive, structured approach to project delivery, while demonstrating an ability to think 'outside the box' when necessary to achieve the best outcome
- Strong knowledge of Finance Business processes and its compliance requirements
- Capability to manage within a defined scope; managing risk of scope creep via effective, firm decision making and stakeholder management
