Our client is seeking a Change & Training Analyst to join their team. You will develop and deliver appropriate training programs and undertake analysis of business processes, identifying impacts to the business to inform the Change Management Plan. You will be required input to Change Management plan for execution of the Build & Scale phase including Training Strategy

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in developing and delivering training on business processes and related IT Systems via electronic and digital channels
  • Experience in previous Change Analyst roles identifying and analysing business impacts (resource, skills, training requirements) from updated or new business processes
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills tailored to meet audience requirements
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels in an organisation
  • Experience in developing training via e-Learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia and WalkMe
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Strong organisation and planning skill experience working in a complex project environment
  • Experience in Advanced Metering Infrastructure or digital metering projects
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
  • Project management or business analysis experience
  • Knowledge or experience in Utilities, especially in smart metering
