My client is currently looking for a motivated Test Coordinator to work closely with Project Leads, Business Stakeholders and the IT Team to understand business requirements, coordinate testing activities, and communicate test results

The Test Coordinator will work in collaboration with other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organisational test policies, test strategies and test plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Elicit testing requirements from the business
  • Documentation of test plans and associated test scripts
  • Manage test environments for and during test execution
  • Provide guidance/training to the business regarding the purpose and scope of testing
  • Create testing guides for the business
  • Carry out System Integration Testing or similar preliminary testing
  • Track testing progress and report defects
  • Collect and share testing metrics with project teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in Release Management and Change Management Processes


  • Must have HPQC testing tool experience
  • Manual testing, writing test cases and SQL scripting - is a must
  • Experience of integration testing and user acceptance testing of software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4 + years experience in a testing role
  • Previous banking and finance experience would be beneficial
