Overview:

The Test Manager role will be to lead a large, multi-year QA program providing leadership on test strategy and co-ordination of E2E delivery of testing across Service Teams including Network and IT.

This role entails working with a wide variety of SMEs (Test Engineers, Solution Architects, Solution Designers, IP SMEs, Requirements Managers) and, internal & external, stakeholders .

The Test Manager will be accountable for System Integration and Testing, planning & execution across multiple Network Technology domains.

Experience required:

  • 5+ years regional/local experience
  • Technical knowledge and coverage of IP/MPLS based networks covering network, applications, and OSS layers, LAN/WAN IP networking and L2 networking, Resilience, availability and robustness, Network Management, Migration and upgrade procedures, QoS, Security
  • Extensive test management (including leading a functional test team) experience in delivery of IP-based system integration projects
  • Be accountable for day to day test team management and the single escalation point to the technical project manager for all test/defect related issues
