Our clients complex SaaS business is scaling fast, requiring them to accelerate their transformation from manual to automation testing. You will lead this transition whilst managing the test group (currently a team of 8). Building on disciplined technical practices and a solid automation foundation across product aligned scrum teams, the aim of this role is to create an automation testing environment that is truly best practice.
You will lead the next steps in the automation transition journey, selecting cutting edge tools, driving TDD, implementing optimized processes and teaching skilled teams. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will collaborate closely with management, technical leaders, product owners, developers and IT operations.
To be suitable for this role, you will be an experienced Test Manager, who will have tried, failed and succeeded in leading the build of high performance automation teams and testing environments.
