The Role
An experienced Test Manager to Join a leading organisation on a large-scale project focusing on Manual testing of web forms using complex data permutations, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating test strategies alongside Managing testing teams and test plans
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Previous experience in managing test teams and test plans
- 4+ years commercial experience in Manual testing
- strong test analysis skills
- writing test strategies
- Any experience in HCM software such as Ascender is beneficial
- Build test plans and test cases
- Testing web forms with complex data permutations.
- Develop test analysis, plans and scenarios to provide for effective testing for implementation of releases and projects
- Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
- An understanding of Agile
- Any experience in Automation testing is desirable
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Software testing certification ISTQB or similar
