- Prepare test strategy for identified scope of work, including but not limited to, System Integration tests, Regression Tests, Release Planning, Test Automation, Non-Functional Tests, Environment planning etc.
- Executive reporting for test progress, risks etc.
- Document and communicate test status or quality through test metrics
- Attending/chair stand up meetings
- Liaise with product owner/s on technical issues
- Impact assessment of change requests for projects
- Provide advice and guidance to project teams on testing matters
- Manage a team of testers (Onsite and Offshore model)
- Liaise and resolve issues with all stakeholders across projects - 3rd party vendors, project managers, developers, BAs etc.
- Credit risk domain experience
- Basel 3 and SAS knowledge
- 7 to 10 years' of experience as a test manager in Agile and Waterfall projects
- Demonstrated experience of managing multiple parallel streams of work
- Demonstrated experience of working in CI/CD enabled projects
- Demonstrated experience of working in projects supported by multiple vendors
- Experience in inductry leading test management tools like ALM, TestRail etc.
- Experienced in managing a geographically distributed team of testers
