Test Engineer
Key activities include:
- Reviewer of User stories and acceptance criteria that is produced by the scrum team
- Assist author of test cases and test data requirements
- Attend stand up meetings
- Liaise with product owner/s on technical issues
- Impact assess changes requests for projects
- Provide feedback on defects fixes / modification needed to support product development
- Provide advice and guidance to project teams on testing matters
- Reporting on Testing delivery to Project Test lead
- Experience with Atlassian's tools: JIRA, Confluence and Zephyr
- Document defects and test documentation in a clear and constant way.
Automation
- Review the automation test approach developed by the Test Lead
- Author & maintain, execute automated tests and evaluate of test results
- Aligning to the Automation delivery standard set for the Application/Platform
- Identify test data requirements.
- Ensure appropriate review and prioritisation of tests and test scenarios.
- Provide test status reporting - testing progress, requirements testing coverage, number of defects identified
- Develop Automation scripting
