Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester to join their IT team. The team is responsible for quality assurance for several enhancements the organisation is making to Salesforce over the coming months.
The role:
- Actively collaborate with developers and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
- Create test plans and define test approach
- Plan, prioritise and execute functional and non-functional testing according to the requirements
- Defect management activities
- Work with business and technical stakeholders
The candidate:
- Experienced in salesforce Testing
- Service Cloud knowledge
- Automation and Manual testing - ideal only
- May have HPQC or they can upskill you
- Can autonomously get acceptance criteria from a BA
- Agile
