Our Client:
Our client is an Iconic Banking Organisation, they are currently looking for a Test Analyst with Previous Banking/FS experience for initially 6 months.
The role is majority Manual testing 80%. The ideal candidate would have worked with PEGA or T24 previously.
About the role:
You would be involved in:
- Championing in the Test Analysis, test design and writing test scenarios based on Business requirements.
- Sprint Testing for items build in the sprint.
- Maintain and write new scripts in automation ( selenium and serenity )
- Execute the existing scripts and do the root cause analysis.
- Raise Defects and following up.
- Work closely with Business teams and development teams to understand the business functionality
- Perform end to end, regression and assist business with functional testing.
- Establish traceability and coverage through effective mapping of test cases to acceptance criteria as defined in the User story.
- Contribute in developing, maintaining and enhancing test process
- Increase QA productivity and efficiency with automation where possible
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
Essential:
- Experience in Test analysis and design (develop test scenarios based on Business requirements)
- Automation framework design and maintaining the existing framework experience
- Experience with working with API testing.
- 7 or more years of experience working as Test Analyst.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Testing experience in banking environments with offshore-onshore model.
- Experience with Pega/T24 .
Desirable:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar or equivalent through experience
- ISTQB or equivalent certifications
- Experience in the Credit domain
