About the Role
A IT Project Coordinator with technology project experience is required to join a program of work to provide coordination, reporting and governance support across a stream of IT work

Responsibilities

  • Support the project delivery across project tasks
  • Provide support and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare papers
  • Ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line
  • Undertake research and analysis
  • Analyse existing systems, applications and functions
  • Contribute to the development of technical specifications in collaboration with the business and IT
  • Provide support of systems and applications
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems
  • Assist with Sharepoint and reporting

Experience

  • Previous Project Coordinator experience in large complex environments
  • Must have a Technology background and in delivering IT projects
  • Experience with project documentation and reporting
  • Experience in Project Governance and Methodology frameworks
  • Good understanding of Project Management methodologies and concepts across all phases of a project lifecycle
  • Ability to maintain and update issues, risks and change control registers
  • Experienced in Document control using Sharepoint
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal
