Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Technical Writer to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.
Responsibilities
- Update and create content via instructional videos, traditional documents and FAQs, and other methods as required
- Ensure content supports our goal of self-serve for end users
- Work with end users and project team members to capture as-is and to-be process maps, document process step-guides, develop short instructional videos
- Documentation should be focussed on both process change and system change, primarily in Salesforce and Apttus
- It is critical that complex processes can be described in plain English and be easily understood
- Other duties as part of the program to execute on training related activities
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience and professional qualifications in writing training materials and documenting processes
- Previous experience in facilitating sessions and/or training
- Previous experience in coaching others in virtual, cross-functional team arrangement
- Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment desirable
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing instructions and processes
