12 months fixed term contract with the intention of ongoing extensions
Location: North Sydney
- Working within the Network Integration team, this role is being hired to support growth.
- A broad hybrid technical writer/communications role including updating/creating internal and branding documentation and communications: Technical documentation, manuals, marketing, white papers, patents (potentially), blogs, online content , user guides, pre-sales documents etc.
- You'll create manuals and online videos, process documents, sales collateral and product information sheets. You'll prepare instructions and patent descriptions, support sales responses, create white-papers, FAQ's and service descriptions.
- Candidates will require IT knowledge (infrastructure), and ideally bring creative skills around graphic design, video and online content creation
