My client is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join the successful team, to assist in the update and creation of technical procedural and system configuration documents relating to retail client systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Be involved in developing documents for Projects, BAU Support, Field Engineering, etc.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to scope, develop, and publish documentation :
  • Experience as a systems engineer with high levels of documentation preferred

Requirements:

  • Experience familiarity with Google suite of Products - Docs , sheets, etc
  • Good command of English - both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise/manage workload independently in a high demand environment
  • Experienced with principles of Document management
  • Converting Technical information into Process documents for various stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management - Engineers/Project Mgmt/Servicedesk/etc
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure like Servers/Workstations/ POS etc and the operating systems
  • Ability to understand user requirements
  • Ability to understand, develop, gather, and disseminate technical information from various sources
