My client is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join the successful team, to assist in the update and creation of technical procedural and system configuration documents relating to retail clients systems.
- Be involved in developing documents for Projects, BAU Support, Field Engineering, etc.
- Engage with various stakeholders to scope, develop, and publish documentation :
- Experience as a systems engineer with high levels of documentation preferred
- Role based between Bella Vista, Yennora, and maybe Minchinbury.
- Experience Familiarity with Google suite of Products - Docs , sheets, etc
- Good command of English - both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise/manage workload independently in a high demand environment
- Experienced with principles of Document management
- Converting Technical information into Process documents for various stakeholders
- Stakeholder management - Engineers/Project Mgmt/Servicedesk/etc
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure like Servers/Workstations/ POS etc and the operating systems
- Ability to understand user requirements
- Ability to understand, develop, gather, and disseminate technical information from various sources
