This role would suit someone who has IT help desk and software/application support experience who is willing to work in a start-up environment and interested in working closely with a development team to enhance our Clients product.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and responding to support requests that are logged by internal and external customers
- Creating user logins and system accounts/profiles for account holders where required
- Remaining up to date with system changes and enhancements, including making suggestions for changes and enhancements and working closely with the development team to execute these
- Facilitating training for new and existing users
- Providing reporting and analysis which assists the sales team to understand results and guide performance
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years IT Help Desk experience
- Software account maintenance and support experience
- PC hardware & software support experience
- Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose software issues
- Experience assisting customers remotely
