POSITION PURPOSE

This role would suit someone who has IT help desk and software/application support experience who is willing to work in a start-up environment and interested in working closely with a development team to enhance our Clients product.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and responding to support requests that are logged by internal and external customers
  • Creating user logins and system accounts/profiles for account holders where required
  • Remaining up to date with system changes and enhancements, including making suggestions for changes and enhancements and working closely with the development team to execute these
  • Facilitating training for new and existing users
  • Providing reporting and analysis which assists the sales team to understand results and guide performance

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years IT Help Desk experience
  • Software account maintenance and support experience
  • PC hardware & software support experience
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose software issues
  • Experience assisting customers remotely
