As the Technical Support Consultant (LV2), you will have had previous experience in an Application/Desktop support role, have a can-do attitude and a real passion to grow your career within the ITSM space.
You are technically very strong and can work with customers to ensure their business requirements are solved not only through technology but also through people and process solutions.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in Application/Desktop support
- Previous experience with Ticketing systems, ideally ITSM
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal communication and written communication with a high level of attention to detail with pride in the accuracy and presentation of information
- Passion for the ITSM space, this would suit someone who is looking to grow their career within the Service Management space.
- Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Security Clearances.
