Our client has grown from start-up to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Their flagship product used by accountants and fund managers, and is a first-of-its-kind platform which codifies and automates highly complex funds management functions. This product is the 'gold standard' in the market.
For personal reasons, the Technical Lead for this product has recently returned to live back overseas, and we are looking to hire their replacement. In this role, you will be the technical product owner, guiding an established, stable and skilled Scrum based development team (three senior developers and three mid-level developers) to build and evolve this product.
My clients highest values are openness and collaboration, and in an intimate company and team environment you will work closely with senior executives and the product owner to define and then translate product strategy into high quality software. You will also be working with some of the brightest and most well credentialed technical and product talent around.
Along with the technical leads for the other products, you will play a lead role in driving best practice including continued: decomposition into microservices, utilisation of evolutionary architecture, a 'you build it you own it' approach and harnessing automation/DevOps/cloud.
