Our client, a market leading Australian company are recruiting for a hands-off Technical Lead to manage a team of 10+ on-shore and off-shore Developers based from their office in Sydney CBD, working in a flexible environment.
As the Technical Lead, you will work as part of the Digital team reporting into the Development Manager and will be responsible for:
- Leading, monitoring and documenting the technical solutions designs and specifications
- Managing the deliverables of on-shore and off-shore development teams
- Continually reviewing and updating coding standards and development and deployment processes
- Driving the Digital projects road map
- Stakeholder and vendor management
- Working closely with Solution Architects and Security, Business Analyst and Infrastructure teams
- Mentoring less experienced members of the Digital team
In order to be the successful, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong C#, .NET and SQL skills
- Proactive individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence the direction of solutions delivered
- Knowledge of AGILE development processes
The following skills would be viewed as highly desirable:
- AngularJS
- Development of content management systems (CMS)
- Drupal
- Sencha Touch
- WebAPIs
