Our client is a well-established, multi-faceted organisation. They are currently in need of a Technical Operations Manager to assist them in moving the business to the next level.
Ideally you will currently be in a similar role, having worked your way up from a technical role to your current level, via the team lead route. You will need to be assertive and decisive around decision making for the business, with a focus on effectively implementing change. The team currently consists of 8 staff and you will be responsible for the day to day management of these staff, and future team configuration.
Required Skills:
- Excellent hands on experience in a similar role.
- Working experience with utilising ServiceNow. Not specifically looking for an ITIL Certification but
- Experience implementing rapid change
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure and operational IT
- Exposure to BAU and project-based environments
Desirable skills:
ITIL certification
