Our client, one of the big 4 banks in Australia is looking for Senior Tech BA with experience in Cloud technology (AWS) and Capability to be part of their part of the Communications Transformation team
You will be responsible for the development and implementation management of key initiatives that are critical to Marketing moving their Technology stack to a target state. These initiatives at present are focused on the move of our marketing automation environment from on premise to Cloud environment.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Manage and grow the backlog of features and functions for Communications Transformation in line with Marketing's Target State Architecture
- Create detailed requirements for the features and functions and work with Technology to enable delivery
- Manage the implementation and transition of new features into BAU Marketing processes and programs
Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications will include:
- Experience in working with Marketing Technology and an appreciation for the Marketing delivery process
- Extensive experience using marketing automation systems and building out functions and features in a digital environment
- Knowledge and understanding of delivery in Cloud based technology
- Demonstrated ability in articulating, understanding and translating business/user requirements and ability to engage and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven delivery track record working with Technology teams and Business Units to deliver outcomes
- Background working in a dynamic but ambiguous fast paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification is essential
