Our CBD based client is currently looking for an application focussed, Technical Business Analyst to manage all business applications, across multiple facets within the business.
Duties:
* Support relevant operational IT solutions for the business
* Work closely with technical systems resources to be the Technical Owner and IP Custodian for the applications in the portfolio
* Provide advice on supported applications
* Provide advice to delivery partners to ensure appropriate support can be provided to the business.
* Work with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of operational services
* Contribute to internal and external communications as they relate to scope architecture, performance, capacity etc
* Ensure all standards are followed in the daily delivery of supported services
Skills required:
* Experienced in working in self organising, diverse teams with shared outcomes
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
* Substantial exposure to integration and application architecture with large scale and diverse organisations
* Practical experience with managing multi-vendor, support and solution delivery teams.
* A result driven approach with the ability to work autonomously and within the team
* Excellent influencing and communication skills along with a motivational attitude
* Degree qualified or higher in IT, mining engineering, Data Science or related degree
Experience with ITIL will be highly regarded.
